Sysmex Corporation analyzers are used to perform general blood tests, calculate leucocyte formula and number of reticulocytes.

All Sysmex analyzers that we use are X-series, modern high-accuracy hematologic analyzers, based on same technologies:
  • For cell count (leukocytes, erythrocytes, thrombocytes, hematocrit) – conductometry with hydrodynamic focusing
  • For leukocyte formula calculation – flow cytometrics by a semiconductor laser;
  • For hemoglobin concentration – SLS-method (cyanide free).

    • Usage of one series of analyzers allows to maintain high quality of tests irrespective of analyzed material (venal or capillary blood)

    All analyzers are integrated into Laboratory Data System (LDS), which allows them to request task for each sample and sent results to LDS automatically.

    SYSMEX XS 800i

    Used to carry tests with capillary blood.

    Productivity – around 40 samples per hour.

    The only analyzer, working with small (20 mcl) volume of analyzed material and employing flow cytometrics technology to calculate leukocyte formula.

    SYSMEX XT 2000i

    Used to carry tests with venal blood.

    Besides general blood test and leukocyte formula, allows to define reticulocytes content.

    Productivity – about 60 samples per hour.

    SYSMEX XE 2100

    Used to carry tests with venal blood.

    Besides general blood test and leukocyte formula, allows to define reticulocytes content.

    Productivity – about 110 samples per hour.
