Innovations

INVITRO is a modern medical company and innovator in laboratory diagnostics. Innovation is of great importance to INVITRO, and we believe that scouting is the optimal model – manual search and selection of potential technologies. As opposed to venture funds, INVITRO is directly interested in the projects it invests in, in their development, integration with existing business and dividends in the long-term prospective. In most cases the company is interested in ready-to-use products that can be directly implemented in production or marketing.
INVITRO cares to follow the development of high technology medicine of the future. We are prepared to consider not only medical projects, but projects from other spheres as well, should it be possible to implement them in healthcare. If you are ready to present your project, please fill the feedback form.

Company’s interests are not limited to medical technologies. INVITRO successfully develops automation of operations, keeping human factor to a minimum, people participate in the technological chain only when they cannot be replaced by robotics or computer systems. Thus, the company’s interests in the areas of innovation include mobile healthcare, IT, education, logistics as well as new technologies of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics.

In 2015, INVITRO was the first in the world to use drones for healthcare – a logistics solution that may have a substantial effect on the development of laboratory diagnostics in hard-to-reach regions of Russia.

3D Bioprinting Solutions

In 2013, company’s research-in-innovation technologies led to opening in Moscow the first private laboratory of biotechnological studies in Russia – 3D Bioprinting Solutions, funded mostly by INVITRO. The laboratory develops and manufactures bioprinters and materials for 3D bioprinting, develops new technologies in bio fabrication. Today, 3D Bioprinting Solutions is one of the leaders in tri-dimensional bioprinting. The company has created the first Russian bioprinter of the original design – Fabion – and was the first in the world to print and perform a successful transplantation of a mouse’s thyroid organ construct.

In 2018 magnetic 3D-bioprinter Organ.Aut developed to carry out for the first time in the world an experiment to print living tissues in orbit was successfully launched from Baikonur site aboard the transport spaceship Soyuz MC-11. Series of scientific experiments were successfully conducted.
