The instrument is designed for qualitative and quantitative studies of DNA/RNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method using fluorescent detection test systems. Measurement of accumulated PCR amplification product goes directly during reaction thermal cycles (real-time PCR). Quantitative analysis is based on study of PCR visual part kinetics by special software.
